The Mediant 1000 Hybrid Media Gateway is a modular, compact and cost-effective media gateway solution which has been designed to interface between TDM and IP networks in enterprises or small-scale carrier locations. The M1KB-D1-2AC includes a single T1/E1Span installed, leaving 5 voice module bays available for expansion. The M1KB-D1-2AC also includes dual power supplies.
